TGS template engine 0.9.9.2 hotfix release

Unfortunately the development process of the Template Engine 0.9.9.2 wasn't finished until our last maintanence release of TGS Open Source Web Content Management CMS. So the 0.9.9.1 was included into the development package. Since this release we receive a few messages of our users, that some issues occur with this version. Today we're proud to release the stable 0.9.9.2 as hotfix, with a few bugfixes and new features.

All up three bugfixes and two security updates are fixed in the 0.9.9.2 version. Further on the new search function is included and our three default templates will be updated in the next days.

The search function will be implenented by the two new placeholders SEARCHFORM and SEARCHRESULTS. Further on a new template file, with the name "search_requests.tpl" is required to use the new option. You can use the SEARCHFORM placeholder in every existing entity of template files and you customize it with many parameters.
