TGS Content Management bug tracking system online again

[TGS Content Management]

Long time our visitors and users has many problems by using the bug tracking system of TGS.

Now we decide to change our tracking system "Mantis", against a new stable tracking system. We've tested many systems, like bugzilla, and decided to use trac.

The new system is available now and brings a easy ticket / bug tracking system and a official svn repository to you. Also a own wiki is available and will be filled in the next time.

If you've any issues with the new system, please report them in our board.
